ABOUT
From March 26 (Monday) to April 3 (Tuesday), 2016, two artists who graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts, one from the Japanese Painting Department and the other from the Drawing and Decoration Laboratory of the Design Department, will exhibit their paintings using different techniques with "vegetables" as the motif.
Oda Izumi uses strained Japanese paper and expresses the vegetable-like appearance of each vegetable with iwa, watercolor, and acrylic paints.
On the other hand, Nitoshin, who works as an illustrator, expresses the individual differences of each vegetable by following the detailed expressions of the vegetable using pen and ink, while handling the outline geometrically.
We hope you will take this opportunity to view his work.
