ARTIST'S INTRODUCTION / STATEMENT
Born in Tokyo in 1975, Takuya Sasaki was born with so many layers of umbilical cord wrapped around his body that he could not produce a birth voice, and was later found to be autistic. He has loved drawing pictures and clay works since he was a child, and continues to create them.
