ABOUT
Welcome to Art for Thought, the premier art gallery in Ginza, Tokyo, where we showcase exceptional Japanese art to a global audience. Our gallery is thrilled to announce the opening of the young artists' exhibition titled "Season of Thoughts and Emotions" by Takayama Takashi (metalwork), Anbara Narumi (Japanese painting), and Hashimoto Haruka (lacquerware) on December 12th, 2016. The exhibition runs until December 27th, 2016, and features unique artworks that celebrate the natural world in all its beauty.
Art for Thought is excited to present the "Season of Thoughts and Emotions" exhibition, showcasing the impressive works of Takayama Takashi, Anbara Narumi, and Hashimoto Haruka. All three of these young artists are graduates of Tokyo University of the Arts, and they have come together to display their stunning artwork, which is inspired by nature.
Takayama Takashi is a metalwork artist who creates breathtaking sculptures that depict the beauty and intricacies of the natural world. Anbara Narumi is a talented Japanese painter whose works capture the essence of the changing seasons. Hashimoto Haruka specializes in lacquerware, and her unique pieces include cups, chopsticks, and flower vases.
In addition to the flat artwork and sculptures, the exhibition also features a collection of Hashimoto Haruka's lacquerware pieces. These pieces are not only beautiful but also functional, and we invite you to admire them during your visit.
Furthermore, Art for Thought is excited to announce that we will be hosting a live music performance on December 17th, from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Please note that rehearsals will take place from 5:00 pm onwards. On December 21st, we will be closed for private events from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
