ARTIST'S INTRODUCTION / STATEMENT
Chamisou is a Japanese tea blend tea that is well versed in world cuisine and made use of the experience of staying in Italy, France, Taiwan, and China. As a Chinese herbal stylist, CHAMISOU incorporates the ideas of Chinese medicine and blends Japanese tea with aromas and things that are good for the body.
Introducing Mei Kaoru Bottle Tea, just completed in March, made with organic bancha tea from Wazuka-cho, Kyoto, organic lavender, and bergamot peel from Italy, extracted using a process that allows maximum extraction of tea leaves.
Without using any flavoring agents, the natural aroma of the tea in the bottle relaxes the mind and body.
This is a remarkable product that was selected in the "Gurunavi Souvenirs for Business Entertainment 2020".
On the day of the event, a blender who graduated from the Cordon Bleu Daikanyama French Cuisine and Confectionery School will serve tea-based sweets with the tea. （The tea set will include three types of tea (new tea from Shizuoka's hand-rubbed tea masters, CHAMISOU's tea leaf series, and Meihong bottled tea) and confections.
Meishun bottled tea is served by the glass.
Special exhibition and sale of the Shiro series of teacups by physician and ceramic artist Hiroaki Taoka. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Ashinaga-san Scholarship Fund of Ashinaga Scholarship Society. Please stop by.
