ABOUT
Kensuke Miyazaki is a Japanese artist known for his bright and positive works that evoke a sense of joy and happiness in viewers. Born in 1981 in Kagawa, Japan, Miyazaki began his career as a graphic designer before transitioning to creating murals and paintings. In 2013, he founded his art project "Over the Wall," which seeks to spread happiness through collaborative mural-making with local communities around the world.
In addition to his artistic pursuits, Miyazaki has also collaborated with organizations like Doctors Without Borders and UNICEF to use his art as a means of promoting social and humanitarian causes. His works have been featured in exhibitions in Japan and around the world, including in New York, Taipei, and Hong Kong.
Miyazaki's art is characterized by bold, vivid colors and playful imagery, often featuring anthropomorphic animals and cartoonish characters. Through his art, he aims to create a world filled with positivity, hope, and love, and to inspire others to see the beauty in the world around them.
