It is our pleasure to unveil the highly anticipated fourth solo exhibition by the renowned artist, Takuya Sasaki, who masterfully captures the essence of various animals and women through his dynamic lines and vivid palette. Sasaki's artistry channels an infinite array of images, granting viewers an intimate glimpse into the world of ordinary family life and everyday encounters. With years of dedicated practice, his unique perspective has become a hallmark of his oeuvre. We cordially invite you to immerse yourself in the compelling visual narratives of Takuya Sasaki, a visionary artist whose passion for his craft has only grown stronger over time.
Takuya Sasaki was born in Tokyo in 1975. Despite being born with autism and an umbilical cord wound, he has always possessed a passion for drawing and working with clay. Throughout his career, he has received numerous accolades, including the Wakaba Award at the All Japan Amateur Ceramic Art Contest, and held many successful solo exhibitions, such as at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum and the Art Tower Mito. His works have also been featured in various newspapers, magazines, and permanent exhibitions at locations such as Starbucks Futako Tamagawa Rise Dogwood Plaza Store and Hotel Green Plaza Tojo Lake.
